Eternal Life 1. Do you believe the Bible to be God’s Word? II Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2. There is only one thing God can not do. Titus 1:2 - In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; 3. Do you know you have an appointment with God? Hebrews 9:27 - And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 4. God has a record of your life. Revelation 20:12 - And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 5. Saved people have their names in the book of life. Revelation 20:15 -And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. 6. God says all people have sinned. Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 7. Christ died for sinners. Romans 5:8 - But God commendeth (demonstrated) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 8. God has a gift for you. Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 9. You must believe in your heart. Romans 10:9 - That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10. With the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10 - For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11. Call upon the Lord to save you. Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Pray the Sinners Prayer: Dear Lord I know that I am a sinner. I believe that Jesus shed his blood, died on the cross, was buried, and rose again as payment for my sin. The best I know how, I accept Jesus as my personal Savior. I accept his finished work on the cross of Calvary as payment for my sin. Today, I turn from sin to the Savior. Thank you for saving me, now help me serve you the rest of my days.
