Youth Camp Packing List

Here is a detailed list that you can use to help you pack for Summer Camp

Items needed

  • 1. A full KJV bible (You Will Need This)
  • 2. At least 4 complete changes of clothes and 2 extra changes of clothes for possible water activities or weather (including socks and undergarments)
  • 3. 2 or more pairs of sneakers because of weather or sneakers coming apart
  • 4. Sun-block spray or/and sun-block lotion & After Sub Aloe Vera Gel in case you get a sun burn.
  • 5. Bug/tick spray
  • 6. Toothpaste and toothbrush
  • 7. Soap, Shampoo, rag/loofah/sponge and towels
  • 8. Deodorant
  • 9. 1 or 2 Pillows, twin fitted sheets, flat sheet, blanket and pajamas
  • 10. Bathing suit/swimming trunks and 2 beach towels
  • 11. Flip flops/Sandals/crocs *(For Cabin, Pool and Shower use ONLY)*
  • 12. Money for canteen purchases, the canteen has items for $1
  • 13. All prescribed medications or over the counter medications *(please list on registration)*

Optional Item

  1. Camera *(Disposable camera is recommended)*

Dress code- the dress code is intended to keep the campers safe while participating in the activities and to maintain modesty.

  1. White shirts are allowed but not during water activities.
  2. All shirts have to have sleeves. No inappropriate logos or statements on shirts.
  3. Sneakers must be worn at all times while at the camp. Flip flops/Sandals/crocs can be worn ONLY in the bunks, Shower and pool area.
  4. All female swimwear must be a one piece or use a shirt over top of a two piece suit.
  5. All male must have a shirt on except while in the pool area. Once out of the pool area, a shirt must be put on immediately
  6. Hats are allowed as long as there are *No pins or hooks attached* and *logos are not inappropriate.*
  7. Hats are *NOT ALLOWED* in Chapel.
  8. NO crop tops or tank tops
  9. Shorts with logos or statements across the buttocks are prohibited.
  10. All shorts must be an appropriate length

We all want to have fun at camp but there are some items that are not allowed at our camp for the health and safety of our campers. If any of these items are found by an adult these items will be taken then returned at the end of camp to your guardian. Depending on the severity, if it’s severe then the camper may be asked to leave.

The following is a list of what is NOT allowed at Camp

  1. All jewelry (exceptions are life alert bracelets or pendants)
  2. Noise making devices
  3. All tobacco products. Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vape, Dip, Etc…
  4. All alcohol products
  5. Lighters or any other sources or ignition
  6. Fireworks or other flammables
  7. Weapons of any kind
  8. Fishing hooks on hats
  9. All other items that can be used or manipulated in a way that could negatively impact the camp.

* A cell phone waiver will need to be signed by camper and parent before the cell phone can be allowed to waive the camp and church of liability.
