REPLACE VIDEOS: | Click for add-on details
This template is using the Allwebco Flash Video FLV Player Add-on.

Create a Flash video named "AV-video-1.flv" and place this video in the "AV-FlashVideo" folder. Click for help with creating or converting your video files. Open the AV-video-1.htm or the AV-video-SINGLE.htm to test your video. Replace all 6 "AV-video-??.flv" files in the "AV-FlashVideo" folder if you are using the 6 videos pages.

If you are using only the 1 video page; move the "AV-video-menu.htm" and "AV-video-??.htm" 1-6 pages into the extras folder and remove the link from the menu.js. See options below to add more videos to the "AV-video-SINGLE.htm" page.

If you are using only the 6 videos page; move the "AV-video-SINGLE.htm" into the extras folder and remove the link from the menu.js. Check the Flash Video Player Add-On support page to add more videos to this page.

If you are using both the 6 videos and 1 video page; In the "AV-FlashVideo" folder, make a copy of the "AV-video-1.js". Name this "AV-video-7.js". Edit the "AV-video-SINGLE.htm" and find and replace "AV-video-1.js" with "AV-video-7.js" in one place. Edit the "AV-video-7.js" and replace "AV-video-1.flv" with "AV-video-7.flv". Create a .flv file in the "AV-FlashVideo" folder and name it "AV-video-7.flv". Open the AV-video-SINGLE.htm to test your video.

Step 5:
EDIT THE sidebar.js: | More Details
Open the "sidebar.js" file in Notepad or any text editor. There are some variables at the top you can change. You can start by editing the following line about 15 lines down in the sidebar.js:

document.write('This area is for notes or links. Edit the sidebar.js to update this text. ');

Edit only the text in the center and do not disturb the code at the start and end of each line. The sidebar is a global file and all pages will update when you edit this file. You can also replace the "sidebar-1.jpg" and "sidebar-2.jpg" in the "picts" folder with your own images.

Step 6:
EDIT PAGES: | Software choices | Notepad Editing
Edit the text on all HTML pages with your information. You can use Frontpage, Dreamweaver, GoLive, any wysiwyg HTML editor or a text editor like Notepad. Take care not to delete any of the HTML tags that surround the text.

Step 7:
EDIT TITLES, DESCRIPTIONS AND KEYWORDS: | Click for more details
Open each of the pages and change the titles (at the very top of the page) and also the description and the keywords to match your product or service. You can edit one page and copy and paste to the other pages. Be careful to only change what's inside the "" so you don't disturb the html code. Page titles are important so your site will get a good listing at Google or MSN and other search engines.

Step 8:
UPLOAD: | Click for more details
Upload the pages on to your hosting company's server using ftp software or Windows Explorer or your control panel. Be sure to upload the "picts" and the "sounds" folders and all files in these folders.
